Updated registry calls to run asynchronously in Apply methods, removing blocking Task.Run(...).GetAwaiter().GetResult() pattern that caused UI thread deadlocks.

Updated the description of tablet services (#134). These run manually by default. Completely disabling them causes the modern Power settings to crash because of an OS flaw. The page queries SensrSvc and SensorService for adaptive brightness and screen rotation and crashes when they fail to respond. Actual power management remains unaffected and works perfectly via the classic Control Panel.
Updated description block to centralize hover and state logic via a single ContentSource property, eliminating duplicated event handling across view pages.
Updated the tweaks for hiding "This PC" folders and "3D Objects" by combining them into a single dropdown menu with native icons, allowing you to individually hide them rather than removing all at once.
